guitargearreviews.com is built to leave you alone. The site is plain static HTML with no accounts, no ad networks, and no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind.

What is collected

When you simply read the site, no personal data is collected by us. The hosting server keeps a technical log (IP address, timestamp, page requested) that is needed for maintenance and security. It is not used for profiling and it is cleared on a regular schedule.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising network and no embedded social widget that could follow you around. The content delivery network in front of the site may set a strictly technical cookie for security purposes (for example to filter bot traffic); it carries no profiling data.

Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address and message are passed through a third-party form service to the site's mailbox. They are used only to reply to you and are never sold or shared for marketing.

Outbound links

The site links to an external retailer. Once you land on the retailer's site, its own privacy policy applies, including any cookies it sets so that your order is handled correctly. Some of those links are affiliate links; see the affiliate disclosure.
